The spa centre was exceptional and the treatment options were plentiful. The restaurant and bar/lounge area was sophisticated and the special diet menus catered for our every need. The efficient service and prime location made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue we encountered was a small delay during check-in due to the high demand for rooms during peak season. Nevertheless, the staff remained professional and courteous throughout the process.

The highlight of our trip was dining at the Michelin starred restaurant, where we indulged in exquisite French cuisine made with the finest British ingredients. The friendly and efficient staff made our experience even more enjoyable, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable.
There were a few maintenance issues with the room, such as lights not working and a leaking shower.

The interior of the hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were fresh and clean, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The housekeeping staff was incredibly sweet, eager, and thorough. The hotel is located in the center of the city, within walking distance of all the best shopping and restaurants. It was the perfect location for exploring the city.
There were a couple of issues during my stay. The service at the hotel was poor, with staff members appearing frazzled and confused at all times.
