This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the nearest tube station, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided a variety of options, catering to different dietary needs. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a spa and pool, adding to the overall experience.

The shower in the room leaked, causing a slippery bathroom floor, which could be a safety concern for some guests.

the exclusive amenities more than fulfilled our expectations and we were left feeling truly pampered. the spa centre was exceptional and the treatment options were plentiful. the restaurant and bar/lounge area was sophisticated and the special diet menus catered for our every need.

The only minor issue we encountered was a small delay during check-in due to the high demand for rooms during peak season. Nevertheless, the staff remained professional and courteous throughout the process.
